ATLANTA, GA — Georgia’s premier horror and underground film festival, Buried Alive Film Festival (BAFF), is thrilled to announce a powerful new partnership with acclaimed filmmaker platform Seed&Spark to launch a free, four-part educational webinar series aimed at empowering independent filmmakers. The series will run monthly from June through September 2025, offering practical insight, creative strategy, and professional development tailored to storytellers at every stage of their career.

Starting June 3rd, each session will be held on the first Tuesday of the month at 3 PM PST / 6 PM EST and will include a live Q&A, downloadable resources, and even the chance to win exclusive prizes. Whether you’re a first-time filmmaker or a seasoned pro, these interactive sessions are designed to provide tools that help you succeed in today’s evolving industry.

Featured Speaker: Sav Rodgers

The entire series will be hosted by Sav Rodgers, Marketing Director at Seed&Spark, filmmaker, and founder of the Transgender Film Center. Known for his critically acclaimed Tribeca ’23 documentary Chasing Chasing Amy and widely shared TED Talk, Rodgers is also a Forbes 30 Under 30 (2024) honoree. His industry expertise, personal storytelling journey, and commitment to inclusive filmmaking bring a dynamic and impactful perspective to the table.
